Return Policy

Dola Secret will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original, unused condition (including attached original tags) for a store credit.
All merchandise should be returned within 10 days after delivery. You are able to exchange for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.
Returned items must include all tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
All End of Season, Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except in the event that the wrong size or style was received.
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.
Please use the Dola Secret return labels. Dola Secret will not be held responsible for private labels, their associated fees as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.
