DELIVERY POLICY

Processing time
Please allow 7 to 12 business days for your order to be processed. During sales and high-volume periods processing could increase, however Dola Secret will keep customers informed if this occurs.

Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location.

Pre-Order Items
Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ require a longer processing time and will be dispatched at a later date. If you order an item listed as “PRE-ORDER” this means that your order is placed on a waiting list and will be shipped within the stated time range or specific date listed in the product description.

Dispatch notification
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to info@Dolasecret.com including your order number.

Item not delivered?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal/courier service to ensure packages are delivered. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages; however items will be resent if a package cannot be tracked.
Customs and Duties Charges
Shipments crossing international borders (outside of Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Dola Secret has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pickups
Customers are welcome to pick up merchandise at our studio in Lagos.
